Do I need any experience to start at Iron Flag Fitness?

Not at all. Most of our members started with zero CrossFit or fitness experience. Every workout is scaled to your current ability, and our coaches walk you through every movement. Your free intro session is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

What happens during my first visit?

You'll sit down with a coach to talk about your goals, get a tour of the facility, and experience a short introductory workout so you can see firsthand what training here feels like. No pressure, no commitment — just a chance to see if Iron Flag is the right fit.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes you can move in — standard cross-training or running shoes work great. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you'd like. We have everything else you need here.

We're at 20 East Chicago Avenue in Westmont, IL — right in the heart of the western Chicago suburbs, easily accessible from Downers Grove, Clarendon Hills, Hinsdale, and Darien. Free parking is available on-site.

Yes! We offer a Kids Program for athletes under 10 that focuses on movement fundamentals and coordination in a fun, safe environment. Our Youth Performance program is designed for teens and young athletes looking to build speed, strength, agility, and confidence for any sport.
